My name is Tiago Grancho and I'm a 20 year old Data Science Student.

Jorge Sinval is a psychometrician who works as an invited assistant professor at ISPA – Instituto Universitário de Ciências Psicológicas, Sociais e da Vida, and at the ISCTE Business School of the ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He teaches statistical analysis, psychometrics, research design, and data analysis in the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. cycles of study. He is also a post-doctoral researcher and an integrated member of the Business Research Unit (ISCTE-IUL), collaborator at the William James Center for Research (ISPA), and researcher in the research center "Organizational and Work Psychology" (University of São Paulo).
